I’m honoured to be named Architectural Photographer of the Year in the Exterior Architecture Photography 2025 category at the 5th Architecture Photography MasterPrize.

The Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) is delighted to present the Architecture Photography MasterPrize (APMP) Award, recognizing outstanding architectural photography. This year, the competition received thousands of submissions from 72 countries, reflecting the diversity and creativity shaping the built environment today.

The winning project is the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), located at the center of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the course of a year, I documented how this architecture is experienced, capturing its light, form, materials, and atmosphere, and revealing the stories that buildings tell over time.

This year’s winners include internationally recognised studios, independent practices, and emerging voices, alongside work by Pritzker Prize laureates Álvaro Siza Vieira, Kengo Kuma, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Shigeru Ban. Being included among such influential contributors is both humbling and inspiring.

I’m grateful to be recognised alongside architects and studios who continue to inspire and shape architecture around the world.
